We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any sock purchases.

Why No Returns or Refunds?

• Socks are considered personal hygiene items, and once they’ve been used or even tried on, they cannot be resold. Let’s face it, socks are as personal as it gets. Once you’ve held those bad boys in your hands, they’re yours. Forever.
• Due to the nature of the product, we cannot ensure that socks returned have not been worn, which compromises our quality standards. We’re not running a sock swap meet here. Hygiene, people!

Exemptions

• This policy applies to all socks, regardless of whether they were bought at full price or during a sale.

Gifts

• If socks were purchased as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient, no refunds or exchanges are possible.
